Terms & Conditions for the HairDesigner Program
PAYMENT
All payments are due to VivienneMackinder.com s/b Mackinder Inc.
In relation to payment by installments or a payment plan, payment shall be made monthly on the same calendar day as the date of the Order or as otherwise agreed in writing between VivienneMackinder.com s/b Mackinder Inc.
The Fees will remain payable by the Client notwithstanding any decision to cease using the Products and/or Services and even if the Client does not complete, access, attend or use the entire Products and/or Services.
VivienneMackinder.com shall be entitled to continue processing payments for any monies outstanding using any of the Client’s debit or credit card details previously confirmed to VivienneMackinder.com.
In the event of any payment due to VivienneMackinder.com becoming overdue and unpaid for more than 20 (twenty) days, VivienneMackinder.com may, at its discretion, suspend or withdraw the provision of the Products and/or Services, without prejudice to any of its other rights as to termination.
ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
You will only get outstanding results by attending all the classes and participating and watching all the videos. You will have continuous guidance and support every step of the way, results are based on your efforts. We are able to track your progress and view how many videos you have watched. If you do not show up for class you will not have the desired result, under these circumstances, there will not be a refund.
COOLING OFF AND RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Client has a limited period, referred to as the ‘cooling off period’, in which they may change their mind and cancel their contract with VivienneMackinder.com.
The 'cooling off' period will begin from the date of the Order and continue for up to 5 days. The Client must give written notice of their cancellation to VivienneMackinder.com within the 5-day cooling off period by email to [email protected]. If the Client exercises their right to cancel, the Product and/or Services will be terminated.
If the Client does not request a refund within the 'cooling off' period, the Client is required to complete all remaining payments.
VivienneMackinder.com has a written complaints procedure in place to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly and promptly. Send any complaints to [email protected].
