TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All payments are due to VivienneMackinder.com s/b Mackinder Inc.
  2. In relation to payment by installments or a payment plan, payment shall be made monthly on the same calendar day as the date of the Order until the Client cancels their membership or as otherwise agreed in writing between VivienneMackinder.com s/b Mackinder, Inc.
  3. The Fees will remain payable by the Client notwithstanding any decision to cease using the Products and/or Services and even if the Client does not complete, access, attend, or use the entire Products and/or Services.
  4. VivienneMackinder.com shall be entitled to continue processing payments for any monies outstanding using any of the Client’s debit or credit card details previously confirmed to VivienneMackinder.com.
  5. In the event of any payment due to VivienneMackinder.com becoming overdue and unpaid for more than 20 (twenty) days, VivienneMackinder.com may, at its discretion, suspend or withdraw the provision of the Products and/or Services, without prejudice to any of its other rights as to termination.
  6. Dates are subject to availability and can only be changed under very special circumstances to an alternative date if notified 1 month in advance.
  7. Without payment or deposit the dates being held are TENTATIVE. If another client chooses and secures those dates you will have 2 options: Secure Dates with Deposit or Release Dates and Reschedule.
  8. All Payments and Deposits made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  9. If the Venue, Number of Stylists, Event, or any specifics change, Mackinder, Inc. reserves the right to re-negotiate the event including the fee.
  10. All content on the site is the sole ownership of Vivienne Mackinder. The Products and/or Services are limited to people who have registered for the Products and/or Services.
