Terms & Conditions for the Fast-Track Haircutting Salon Training Program
PAYMENT
All payments are due to VivienneMackinder.com (hair designer Program) s/b Mackinder Inc.
In relation to payment by installments or a payment plan, payment shall be made monthly on the same calendar day as the date of the Order or as otherwise agreed in writing between Vivienne Mackinder.com s/b Mackinder Inc
The Fees will remain payable by the Client notwithstanding any decision to cease using the Products and/or Services and even if the Client does not complete, access, attend or use the entire Products and/or Services.
VivienneMackinder.com shall be entitled to continue processing payments for any monies outstanding using any of the Client’s debit or credit card details previously confirmed to VivienneMackinder.com
In the event of any payment due to VivienneMackinder.com becoming overdue and unpaid for more than 20 (twenty) days, VivienneMackinder.com may, at its discretion, suspend or withdraw the provision of the Products and/or Services, without prejudice to any of its other rights as to termination.
ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
The program is sold per person or stylist. This is not a bundle to be used for more than 1 salon staff member. Each stylist must purchase their own program or the salon owner or manager must purchase one program per stylist to ensure individual access, progress report, and feedback from Vivienne and the team.
You will only get outstanding results by attending all the classes and participating and watching all the videos. You will have continuous guidance and support every step of the way, results are based on your efforts. We are able to track your progress and view how many videos you have watched. If you do not show up for class you will not have the desired result. Under these circumstances, there will not be a refund.

All content on the site is the sole ownership of Vivienne Mackinder, VivienneMackinder.com and/or HairDesigner TV.
The Products and/or Services are limited to people who have registered for the Products and/or Services and shall not be shared with any third parties.
We are committed to providing high-quality Products and/or Services. We are determined to give you our 100% best, we ask that you also give this course your very best to enjoy great success.
RESTRICTIONS
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- publishing any Website material in any other media;
- selling, sub-licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
- using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
- using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
- using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
- using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being accessed by you and VivienneMackinder.com may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client has a limited period, referred to as the ‘cooling off period’, in which they may change their mind and cancel their contract with VivienneMackinder.com.
The 'cooling off period' will begin from the date of the Order and continue for up to 30 days. If at any point in the first 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your selected collection just let us know and we will gladly refund your money. No refunds will be allowed after the 30 days have been fulfilled.
The Client must give written notice of the request for their cancellation to VivienneMackinder.com by emailing [email protected] within the 30-day cooling off period. If the Client exercises their right to cancel, the Product and/or Services will be terminated immediately.
If the Client does not request a refund within the 'cooling off period', the Client is required to complete all remaining payments.
VivienneMackinder.com has a written complaints procedure in place to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly and promptly. In the event of any question or complaint please email [email protected].

To avoid missing any important information pertaining to your HDTV/Vivienne Mackinder Education membership, we ask that you ADD US TO YOUR EMAIL CONTACTS, to ensure you receive any and all notifications for your membership.
VivienneMackinder.com is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
